    In my opinion, the organizational chart is effective as the leader gets to communicate with all the employees. This type of organization will help the employees to feel more comfortable at work. The leader will also get to know his employees better. Although it is beneficial, the chart is complicated and messy. I think Tony should come up with a better and more organized chart.

      You can find lot of organization chart examples and templates org chart tool called creately . In the diagram community there are 1000s of org chart examples and template to be used freely.
