As conclusion, a good leader is very important for a company to be successful. A good leader is someone who is passionate and cares about his or her company. Sir Tony Fernandes is a very dedicated leader who works hard and makes sure his company is productive. This shows that leaders are born. Every human being is born smart and has the ability to become a good leader. He just has to work hard and stay confident. Hence, leaders are born.
