A leader is basically someone who takes the lead of a company or an organization. A good leader has the courage and a clear vision with the ambition to succeed. He or she will always encourage the team to perform well all the time in order to achieve organizational success. A good leader also provides clear instruction and communicates effectively with the employees.

In my opinion, leaders are born. This is because, every human being is born smart. All of us have the ability to become a good leader. However, we have to stay positive and never give up to become a successful one. Thus, leaders are born not made.
